ABOUT ME

My name is Diana Esteban Barco. I grew up in a very musical family where I learnt to play the piano and the French horn from the age of 6. Music has always played a huge part in my life.

 

I have been fortunate to play the French horn in various orchestras in the area of Valencia, Spain, where I performed masterpieces such as Concierto de Aranjuez - J. Rodrigo, The marriage of Figaro, Requiem -  W.A. Mozart, The Rite of Spring - I. Stravinsky, etc.

For the last few years, I have taught music in a primary and secondary Waldorf School near London, where I had the chance to perform as a pianist and accompany various musicals, festivals and dance performances.

​

I have also been teaching music lessons privately. I am happy to teach children and adults of all levels, as well as preparing students for grade exams.

Or simply enjoy music!

Having just moved to the beautiful and inspirational city of Bath, I already feel much at home. I am passionate about music and would love to share my enthusiasm with you or your children. I want my students to enjoy learning music in a fun way and develop their skills and creativity.
